My daughter enjoys to read but has been quite stuck on Harry Potter. As much as I like that Harry Potter is good recommended reading, I wanted her to try other books as well. To my daughter, nothing was as good as Harry Potter and perfectly good books were often left unfinished because of this. She Started on Fablehaven and finally...we have a winner.

I read the entire series in about a week. Absolutely loved the story and the characters. Full of humor. Great for children and the parents that read along with them. I will definitely read these books over and over again.
This was great the story just takes u all the way makes u feel like you are there it makes you angry, sad, and makes you smile very detail if u where seen this as you read, just full of life just love it, will buy the other 2 books to finish, I will suggest it to everyone. Can't wait to read more.
I asked for this set for every special occasion and finally my husband came through! I had read all of these books as well as everything else by mull and wanted to have them to red over and over and let my kids read someday too. So excited to own them now!!
I'm reviewing this set of books based on the fact that my 12 year old son read them all in one week! He loved all of them and can't wait to get more books by this author.
I bought this whole pack of books for my kids to read and they think it's boring. They won't read them. Maybe some other kids would and obviously do love them - but I started trying to read them to see why and I fell asleep too.
Great story and worth buying. However, this is not the complete set. The full story line contains 5 books, not 3. If you want to purchase this series, which I recommend you do, be sure that the box set has all FIVE books.
I could not recommend this books more highly! The first book, like the Harry Potter Series, is a bit childlike, and easier to read, so adults might hesitate to keep going- but DO! Great for all ages, and a unique and fascinating story. Best part? Morals and values, your kids won't even notice outright, but they can't help but absorb them!
